1. Who you are dealing with

2. The product

We sell adhesive filter pads that attach to the top surface of ceiling fan blades. They are a passive dust-collection product. They contain no electronics, require no power, and produce no ozone.

What we claim: the pad collects dust that would otherwise settle on and be redistributed by your fan blade, and you can see what it has collected.

What we do not claim: we make no medical or health claims of any kind. This product is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. We may decline an order and refund you in full if the product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and include all import duties and customs charges. Shipping is free. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable.

If a price is displayed incorrectly through error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days from dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs or the carrier are outside our control, but see our Shipping Policy — if your order passes 20 business days we will resend it or refund you.

6. Returns and refunds

Our 60-day money-back guarantee is set out in the Refund Policy and forms part of these terms.

7. Safe use

Fit one pad per blade and fit them evenly. Turn the fan off before fitting. Ensure the blade is clean and dry so the pad adheres properly. Do not fit a pad to a damaged, cracked or loose blade, and do not fit pads to a fan that already wobbles.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for supplying a product that matches its description. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Intellectual property

The text, images and design of this site belong to us. Please do not reproduce them.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. This does not remove any consumer protection you have under the law of your own country of residence.
