Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

Bladeloft products are shipped directly from our production partner. This keeps the price well below what the same product costs through a retailer, and it is the reason delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would.

We would rather tell you that clearly before you order than surprise you afterwards.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

8–15 business days from dispatch to a US address.

Most orders arrive toward the earlier end of that window. Occasionally customs or carrier delays push an order to the later end. If your order passes 15 business days from dispatch, email us and we will look into it immediately.

Shipping cost

Free on all orders. There is no minimum.

Duties and import charges

There are none for you to pay. All import duties and customs fees are paid by us and are already included in the price you see at checkout. You will never receive a bill at the door.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You will then receive updates when the parcel is picked up, when it is in transit, and when it is out for delivery.

Tracking can take 2–3 days to begin updating after dispatch. That is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

United States only at present.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, we will either resend it or refund you in full. Your choice.
